George has been involved in acquiring and selling companies and has worked on successful turn-around activities at Yosemite Technologies, Gridstore and Sureline Systems.

John Westfield

John Westfield is an experienced Silicon Valley executive, with extensive experience in restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and both debt and equity financings.

John has held senior corporate and operational finance roles in both public and private companies such as Nexsan, HGST, Drobo, Adaptec and Adobe.
